QS-9000 PPAP DOCUMENTATION AND MEASUREMENT RECORDS

PPAP Submission Packages Levels 1 through 5 can be supplied as requested to meet all automotive quality requirements. Measurement and test data can be provided for practically every part feature as requested and on an ongoing basis. Measurement and test data can be supplied in any format via hard copy, Facsimile, flppy diskette, or by Internet. All inspection, measurement, and test data is kept on file, traceable to the production lot and is kept readily available for review upon request.

Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment

Randolph Manufacturing has and uses all basic inspection equipment and manufacturing aids to assure parts produced will meet all customer requirements. Randolph Manufacturing owns and maintains over 400 pieces of inspectiong of equipment used in the acceptance of a product. All inspection and test equipment is maintained on a regular system of calibration to assure measurement accuracy.

In addition to the use of all standard gaging, Randolph Manufacturing Corporation uses an automated vision coordinate measuring machine that can measure, analyze, and provide measurement data for almost all part features wihtin an accuracy of .0002".
